Installation process
The installation process was very quick and easy. Once the customer contacted us, our engineering team got to work to design a customized offer based on the energy and economic study of the specific case in order to maximize the efficiency of the installation. After that, the proposal was presented to the client for acceptance. Finally, in Ubora we took care of all the administrative procedures and formalities (licenses, town hall procedures, permits, etc.) necessary for the beginning of the installation, which thanks to the experience and professionalism of our installers was carried out in two working days.
Savings generated
With this installation, our client now consumes 70% of its total consumption directly from the photovoltaic system. Having an average annueal energy saving of 76%, in a total payback time of 6 years and with a profitability of 18%. In addition, in Ubora we are in charge of applying for the subsidy of the Junta de Andalucía related to the Program of Aids for Self-consumption, and that in the case of our client we estimate an aid of up to 9000€, reducing the amortization time to 3 years. Also, on the other hand, our client can apply for a bonus on the Real Estate Tax (IBI), which in the case of our client, based on the tax ordinance regulating the IBI in Marbella is entitled to a bonus of 25% of the full quota of the tax, during the five tax periods following the installation.
